Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
UK Shipping
We currently ship across the United Kingdom.
Standard UK Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days
Free standard delivery on all UK orders
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays outside of our control.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping unfortunately.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. ProtecWolf cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
