Shipping policy

At ProtecWolf, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

All orders that are placed before 4pm are processed on the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Standard UK Delivery

Cost: Calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays outside of our control.

We currently do not offer international shipping unfortunately. 

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. ProtecWolf cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@protecwolf.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
