How much is UK delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free on every order.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within one working day. Standard UK delivery normally takes 2–4 working days.

Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, you’ll receive it by email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Do your products include a warranty?
Yes. ProtecWolf products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults. Accidental damage and normal wear are not covered.

How do I know if a case will fit my device?
Check the dimensions and compatibility information on the product page. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering and we’ll help.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, we’ll do our best to change or cancel it.
